The garden was lush, the staff showed genuine kindness, and the pool area felt like a private oasis. It was great to see staff like Raghav and Omkara always creating a cheerful atmosphere.

However, the confusion during checkout left a sour note, as fees seemed unreasonable and service standards faltered. The outdated furnishings were disappointing, which detracted from our overall relaxation.

I almost wanted to love it here, but the filthy swimming pool (I literally got an ear infection! ) and shocking checkout experience ruined it all. And to top it off, I expected a complimentary upgrade as a sign of appreciation for my troubles, but the staff acted like I was invisible. How rude!

Beach access was stunning😎, and the outdoor pool was a perfect escape for lounging. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Samiksha, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort!

The dining options could be more varied,, especially at the buffet which seemed repetitive across the days.

The hotel's decor screams for a renovation, with many furnishings looking old and chipped. Encountered some unpleasant odors in the bathroom, and the peculiar layout made accessing the beach somewhat off-putting, requiring a trek across a not-so-pleasant ditch. Plus, the breakfast buffet felt limited in variety, particularly lacking in fresh fruits and more substantial veggie options.

The deluxe room garden view had air conditioning, a nice balcony, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The spa was top-notch with a sauna, full-body massage, and hot tub. The outdoor swimming pool was super relaxing. Staff was attentive, always greeting us with smiles and making our stay enjoyable.

However, I did notice that the dining options could use some improvement, particularly regarding variety and freshness.
